Yes, you will be compensated by the amount of audio minutes you have completed.
Around 50 files were added each day in the last 3 months, on an average.
We make payments at the end of the following month of the date of work completion . For example, if you completed a call or a translation on Sep 4, we'll render payment at the end of October. Please note that the Payees are responsible for fees related to transactions.
Please note that there's a $50 limit before a remittance can get approved. A one-time cashout via PayPal is permitted if someone is below this limit.
We use Payoneer, a global payout provider trusted by Airbnb and other top technology companies. Unlike PayPal, you do not have to establish an account and periodically withdraw money from it. Payoneer will link directly to your bank account or supply you with a debit card.
Any compensation amount expressed by Cadence will always be before applicable transaction fees by the payout provider. All transaction fees are therefore borne by you.
No, you do not need to send over an invoice. Typically, you would expect to receive a summary 2 weeks before any payment is received. In case of any discrepancies, you may reply directly to that email and our support team will provide the necessary assistance. If all is good, payments will be received end of November.
